30'x100' NRCS Quonset High Tunnel w/ End Walls + Woven Poly

We use 2” square tubing for our end wall framing kits. The kit includes the uprights and horizontal wall pieces required for supports and rough openings, and installation hardware such as brackets and screws.

Our 9mil woven clear greenhouse covering has an anti condensate coating and a 87% light transmission. This heavy duty poly has a lifespan of 5-8 years depending on the site conditions.

Our greenhouse frames are made up 2 3/8” sidewall posts (0.095ga), 1 7/8” arches (0.090 ga), and 1 3/8” purlin (0.065ga). 2” square tubing (0.065ga) is used for end wall framing kits include the uprights and horizontal wall pieces required for supports and rough openings. Quonset shaped greenhouses use less materials than semi gable designs and are best used in mild climates with little to no snow load requirements. They have less air volume making ventilation and climate control less expensive.

Sliding doors are more resilient to wind than swinging doors. Door kits come with trolley rail, door hangers, door handle, stay roller, and door catch. Note that the cover is not included.

Roll up side walls are a great way to utilize passive ventilation to cool and dehumidify your greenhouse. They can be powered or manual and include a wind retention system.
