20'x100' Automated Four Season Semi-Gable Greenhouse w/ Twinwall Ends + Evap. Cooling

This package contains 8mm twin wall sheets, aluminum extrusions and the required hardware to sheath the greenhouse end walls. Twin wall poly carbonate has a 15 year manufacturers warranty against yellowing.

An evaporative cooling system efficiently regulates greenhouse temperature, promoting optimal plant growth. It uses water evaporation to cool the air, providing significant cooling on the hottest days. This system also maintains higher humidity levels, preventing plant stress and ensuring a healthy growing environment.

Our greenhouse frames are made up 2 3/8” sidewall posts, 1 7/8” arches, and 1 3/8” purlin. 2” square tubing is used for end wall framing kits include the uprights and horizontal wall pieces required for supports and rough openings. Hardware such as brackets and screws are included.

Horizontal air flow fans greatly improve plant transpiration by stirring the air. Reduces heating cost by distributing air evenly throughout the greenhouse. Increased air flow strengthens plants and grows thicker stems to support larger fruits.

Wire lock, commonly referred to as “wiggle wire” is the industry standard for attaching greenhouse plastic to the greenhouse. For 6mil plastics use PVC coated wire, for woven plastics use galvanized wire. Hortitech manufactures its own aluminum deep channel base capable of fitting multiple layers of plastic and wiggle wire.
