30'x100' NRCS Semi-Gable High Tunnel

Our greenhouse frames are made up 2 3/8” sidewall posts (0.095ga), 1 7/8” arches (0.090 ga), and 1 3/8” purlin (0.065ga). 2” square tubing (0.065ga) is used for end wall framing kits include the uprights and horizontal wall pieces required for supports and rough openings. Hardware such as brackets and screws are included.

6mil plastic is the industry standard cover for cold frames. It comes in multiple varieties such as 1 year, 4 year, and infrared/anti-condensate.

The semi-gable frame offers more headroom and growing space compared to quonset shaped designs. Its shape allows for snow shed and more room to add truss reinforcement.

Roll up side walls are a great way to utilize passive ventilation to cool and dehumidify your greenhouse. They can be powered or manual and include a wind retention system.
